Michele Davis is a Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience providing compassionate, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, children, families, and couples. Licensed in both Arizona and Minnesota, she brings a deep understanding of emotional and behavioral health, with expertise in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, social anxiety, attachment disorders, OCD, ADHD, and parenting challenges.
Michele has worked extensively with children and teens impacted by trauma, emotional abuse, fetal alcohol spectrum disorders, and involvement in child protection cases. She also supports parents navigating complex family systems, loss, and behavioral concerns. In her work with couples, Michele focuses on repairing trust, improving communication, and strengthening emotional intimacy.
Her therapeutic approach is warm, respectful, and tailored to each client’s needs. She integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic practices, psychodynamic techniques, and rational-emotive therapy to create a safe, collaborative space for healing and growth.

Dr. Davis is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with a passion for integrative, whole-person care. She earned her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University and went on to complete her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Studio Arts, reflecting her belief in the healing power of movement, creativity, and the mind-body connection.
With over a decade of experience, Dr. Davis has worked in diverse clinical settings— starting with clinical internships at M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital and Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute to The Aliveness Project. Has worked in women’s health clinics that specialized in infertility. She has collaborated closely with Western medical providers in pain management clinics and has contributed to research exploring the impact of holistic medicine on mental health.
Dr. Davis brings a trauma-informed, compassionate lens to her work and specializes in mental health, stress reduction, and emotional wellness. Her approach is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and enriched by her background in both clinical science and the arts.
