Led by Dr. Yasmin Davis, DAOM, MSOM of Radiant Sky Wellness Center and Michele Davis, LCSW, this collaborative experience combines Traditional Chinese Medicine principles with emotional wellness education to help you better understand stress, create healthier boundaries, and build resilience in everyday life.

Whether you're caring for everyone else, struggling to say "no," or simply feeling depleted, this workshop offers a supportive space to learn, reflect, and recharge.

During this workshop you'll learn:

  • How chronic stress affects the nervous system

  • Why burnout happens and how to recognize the warning signs

  • Practical tools for setting healthy boundaries without guilt

  • Emotional regulation strategies for everyday life

  • Holistic techniques to calm the body and support resilience

  • Ear seed therapy and acupressure techniques to encourage relaxation and nervous system regulation
